Maybe I’m being stupid …. But I can get MUSIC SYNC to work with my Phillips Hue Lights when playing from SPOTIFY on my phone but I can’t find any way of MUSIC SYNCing with what is playing on SONOS.
Music Sync does state syncing with music played on phone or tablet …. but it would an obvious requirement to Sync with music being played on SONOS.
PS Just worked out I can link HUE to SPOTIFY and do it that way … Problem Solved
SONOS doesn’t support a phone or a tablet as a music output device , so I can’t group it … And as soon as I switch to playing SPOTIFY on my phone , i loose music being played on grouped SONOS devices.
Am I missing something ?
PS … Just solved my problem by linking HUE with SPOTIFY … Don’t need SMARTTHINGS MUSIC SYNC
