Multi sensor triggers a download of snapshot from security camera

Hi, I want to be able to save a picture from my security camera when a multi sensor is triggered.
Anyone knows how to do that? I want to email that picture to myself.

My camera is a HiKVision IP camera. I have the http:// link to download the .jpg
