Moving Smartthings to new office error

Hello,

I have two hubs, one is offline for a separate reason and the other is online at the new office. It displays as active but when I go to add a device, it gives me an offline error. Is this because one of the hubs is offline, even though the one I want to connect to is online?

I tried removing the hub from the dev dashboard and it gave me a 500 error. Thanks!

Never encountered this, so can’t comment on it too much. Have you contacted support yet?

I really don’t see the other hub being offline as a reason for the current one not working. Did you add both to the same location somehow?
