Motion Sensor - App crashes on Android & IOS

Hello,

I bought some new motion sensors and noticed the ST IOS app crashes whenever I tried to add the sensor to the Notify Me When (NMW) smart app. The NMW was an existing smart app so I added a new one instead and it still crashes. I tested this on an Android device and the results are the same.

Has anyone experienced this before or can offer me some troubleshooting tips.

I figured this out. Logged into the IDE and noticed I had an inactive legacy motion sensor showing up. After I deleted it everything works as expected.
