Noob here, so I apologize if there is a better place to seek this answer or area to post. I would like to use the combination of motion AND time to automate the turning on of a light. So only after 6:30pm would the motion turn on a light in a room.

Thank you. How would I leverage both the motion trigger in conjunction with a time. I only want the motion to trigger the light if it is after a certain time.
I have successfully set up triggered lights to turn on via time OR motion, but I would like them to work together.

Tap on “more options” in the smart lighting automation’s settings. You’ll see several options pop up, including the option to restrict to a certain time.
