I have a monoprice contract sensor on my front door and a notification if my door is left open. This morning I got up to see my door cracked and the sensor saying closed. It appears the door has to be open at least a couple inches to show open. Anyone know of a way to modify this so the door has to be completely closed? Thanks!
Move the magnets. I always mount the base first, then play with the magnet placement to make sure it triggers where I want, to eliminate exactly what you are experiencing.

Thanks! Moved magnet further from sensor to make it be triggered at the right times. Appreciate the help.
