I just noticed today that a few of my devices (two android) were no longer sending back presence data reliability.
Yesterday, one device failed to send that it was no longer at home. Today, another device. Both Android.
My iPhone however is working correctly.
When visiting the dashboard, I notice that both devices are now “inactive” under the device list. Nothing was changed on the app, and I’ve verified that both are properly connected to the hub - they see the lights and ect.
Any ideas?
