Since the ST support are having a break I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
I’m looking to install a few SmartApps from the GitHub page but when I login to graph.api.smarthings.com I seem to be missing lots of options. Once logged in it redirects me to the EU site (which is correct - https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com) but I only get the following menu options (along the top) - My Locations, My Hubs, My Devices, Documentation.
Looking at screenshot from the ST support page I should have a lot more! - http://docs.smartthings.com/en/latest/_images/locations.png
Including My SmartApps, Logs etc. As I’m missing this I cant install anything!
Help please, I might be really stupid and missed something but I’ve been looking for hours!
The behavior you observe means that you don’t have Developer Mode access to the API/IDE pages.
I thought folks get that automatically these days … be sure to log out completely and try again.* Perhaps
Support@SmartThings.com can check your Account.
Is your SmartHub registered to the EU (UK) or US domain? You should be able to login to either region, but your locations and My SmartApps, etc., will only be valid on the Region for your Hub.
My hubs the EU (UK) registered. Really annoying, thought I was going mad! I’ve had it since day 1 so might have been missed out
Will try support and cross my fingers they are working tomorrow.
I just tested https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com/ with my “UK” Account and it gives me full Developer Mode, so I fear this may not be a temporary problem, but rather something “off” with your Account.
It’s one of those things I never notice because it “just works”…
