After a factory reset, the Smartthings app or website mis-configures the Minoston Mini Smart Plug MP21Z. There appears to be an “off by one” bug. Each configuration parameter receives the value that is intended for the previous parameter. i.e.
Paddle Control value is applied to “LED Indicator Mode”
“LED Indicator Mode” value is applied to “set Auto Turn-Off Timer”
“Auto Turn-Off Timer” value is applied to set “Auto Turn-On Timer”
"Auto Turn-On Time"r value is applied to “Power Failure Recovery”
“Power Failure Recovery” value is applied “set Paddle Control”
