Minimote Offline 4 Days

My Minimote has been offline for 4 days now. Just looked at the status of my Minimote in the IDE and it says hub_offline. What does that mean? My other 63 devices are all connected and working fine.

Could be you haven’t used it for that long? Needs a recharge?

No, it has a full charge.

Quite a few people have reported this with one device or another since the most recent platform outage/hub update which was, perhaps not coincidentally, four days ago. :disappointed_relieved:

I would definitely report it to support.
