I need help modifying the Microsoft Cortana Plugin. It is not working correctly when I Dim Lutron Lights. The lights dim for a micro-second and then go back to current level. I believe I see what is wrong but do not know how to fix it. The Cortana App sends a SetLevel Command Followed by an On Command. I believe the On Command is the problem.
