[Matter] tado X disconnects when Samsung TV primary hub switches to Ethernet

Hello,

I’m reporting a Matter/Thread issue with a tado X Smart Thermostat in SmartThings.

Device: tado X Smart Thermostat
Hubs: Samsung TV + Samsung soundbar hub group
Approx. failure time: 22:58 local time (Spain, UTC+2)

What I found:

  • TV alone on Wi-Fi: works

  • Soundbar added as secondary hub: works

  • TV as primary hub, switching from Wi-Fi to Ethernet: thermostat disconnects

  • TV as secondary hub on Ethernet: works

  • Soundbar as primary + TV as secondary on Ethernet: works

Later, the thermostat stopped updating again at around 22:58 while the soundbar hub was active on 5 GHz.

I already requested Dump Hub Logs for the soundbar hub and I can enable Account Data Access if needed.

Could you please check whether there is any route/controller/network change causing the Matter/Thread device to lose connection?
