I’m trying to find a way of monitoring my mains voltage (issues with supply to my property) but falling short attempting to identify something that will report voltage - most smart plugs will show power, some voltage sensors I’ve seen only go to 10V DC but not 230V AC monitoring - any suggestions on smart plugs or anything else that may report voltage?
Aeotec’s HEM (Home energy meter) is available in both US and UK/EU models and historically has been popular for this.

That said, I don’t know if it works with the new SmartThings architecture yet: you should check with Aeotec support before purchasing to make sure there’s an Edge Driver for it. 
Also, this is a zwave device, so it will require that you have a SmartThings/Aeotec hub.
