I have original ring doorbell. Has worked since day one on hardwire power. It nturally used our original audible ring inside house. I connected ST to it yesterday and now ring. Doesnt work in house (still works on phone) and it says running on battery now. Anybody have this issue?
Im running the HD Ring and have no issues after integration. Other than the lag of an actual ring event.
Could something have happened to your doorbell wiring? That could explain what you’re describing right? Not sure how connecting your ring and ST accounts through the cloud could do that.
