And just make sure Lizz, you actually need BOTH device handlers installed:

2: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/krlaframboise/SmartThings/master/devicetypes/krlaframboise/zooz-double-plug-outlet.src/zooz-double-plug-outlet.groovy

After they’re installed, exclude and re-include the plug to SmartThings to see if you get a separate “thing” created for each outlet.

Thanks for helping with this. I’ve definitely got both the device handlers in place. I’ve tried excluding and pairing many times and am still only see one device, both outlets controlled together. Could it be because I’m using the first generation ST hub?

That shouldn’t matter at all. Can you send screenshots showing the handlers installed in the IDE portal to the Zooz support so they can initiate the next troubleshooting steps?
