I’ve had the Harmony integration since day one, it’s been tenuous to say the least.
Other than getting support fired up, and this sounds like a Harmony issue, not sure what else I can offer.
All I can say is that when you do get it working again, don’t mess with it. And by that I mean don’t mess with the integration other than device authorizations.

I, too, was having good luck with the stock ST harmony smart app (keeping activity switches up to date with current status) until yesterday/today, when all has gone haywire again. Very disappointing.
