I am completely locked out of the mobile app on my iphone. The app is still working on my ipad and my wife’s devices and I was able to log in to the development portal of my hub with my existing credentials. Every time I try to log in to the app it is saying that I have the wrong username and password. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
Same here! I can’t login to my iphone app at all. Still working on my iPad and my wife’s phone.
I started a support ticket yesterday and got a quick response about my account being locked but haven’t heard anything since.
This is getting frustrating.
I was able to get back into the app by using the “forgot password” portion in the mobile app and then resetting it via a desktop browser.
Hmm, interesting. Didn’t work for me.
