Lock manager, error refreshing page or problem processing request

Hi all.
I’ve recently installed Lock Manager for my Yale lock and it works pretty good. But I find if I try and change a pin code for an existing user it’s a bit glitchy.

Sometimes it says “error refreshing page” or that there was a problem processing the request, in red writing at the top of the application. I keep trying and it seems to eventually work.

Is this a known bug on android devices and is there anything I can do to make it work properly? or maybe I’ve not got the latest version and it’s been resolved.

Thanks

Which device handler do you have installed for it?

ethayer : Z-Wave Lock Reporting

Thanks

@ethayer updated the dth 2 days ago for it. You may want to try updating to see if that resolves your issue.

Thank you. How do I update it?

From the smarthings developer website?

Cheers

Whenever you have a question about a community – created smart app you will get the fastest answer if you ask in the author’s thread for that smart app. The author will automatically be notified when there is a new post, and other people using the same code may also be able to help.

Thanks for your replies. Just updated to v1.4 and still seems to be an issue. If I try and change an existing code I see a red band along top, error refreshing page. Then a green band suggesting the user has been updated.

If I open the user again the code is the same. I can force the code to change by editing the pin then clicking hello home phrase on (without changing the home phrase just clicking done) then saving.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 if that has any relevance? Thanks
