Locations & modes In ST IDE do not match mobile apps(New & Classic). Hub gone from IDE, and will not respond in apps

For some reason tonight, my ST hub started acting up. When I went to troubleshoot, it appeared that my account had been “split” in some way, or something. When I log in to the new or classic apps, all of my devices still exist, but the hub will not respond and cannot be deleted. When I log in the the ST IDE, it looks as if I’m looking at someone else’s setup under my account. The hub is nowhere to be found. The locations have different names than mine, and some have custom modes that I do not use.

How does this happen?

It seems as if something is happening with my account behind the scenes, and the IDE sees it differently thatn the mobile apps.
