The last few days smartthings app is not triggering distance and location. I have several routines set up based on location of devices. Turning on or off home monitoring cameras etc. I have tried everything. Not seeing locations from my devices. I have checked everything stilll stumped. Is this a issue?

There have been reported problems in Europe and Asia for the last couple of days.

If you’re on Android there are issues with mobile presence that are being investigated. See SmartThings Android app 1.7.81.22 / 1.7.82.23 (Feb 2022)

As of 1.7.82.23 my mobile presence is working correctly. However with me saying that, it will probably stop working again.

I posted about my 2 Galaxy S10’s not working recently as presence sensors. My ST app version is 1.7.82.23 but neither phone showed a presence sensor event today when we were both away from house. Should I unplug hub and restart it?
