Location member lost location from app

A member of my “Home” location has lost the location from his app. He does not show to be a member in my app, yet I cannot re-invite him as the app reports he is already a member. I made a trouble ticket and SmartThings reported back that they have no record of him being invited to or being a member of that location.

I don’t know what to try next. Any advice from anyone who may have experienced something like this would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think you understand. It’s not a geolocation problem. His ST app has no home location listed in it. While I can see the location and interact with the automations for “Home”. The location simply doesn’t exist in his app at all. It disappeared.
