Live logging does not work on na04

Hello,
Live logging does not work for me (never has). I am on the na-04 shard. I see multiple people have posted about this before, but I dont’ see any resolution or instruction posted.

This is the screenshot of what I get. My devices, device handlers, smartapps, … are all on teh same shard. I have so far worked around not having live logs, but am stuck now and could use some help.

The only option is to contact ST support and report the issue and hope they can find a resolution for you.

Yeah, that’s an odd one. I’ve seen this before and it either worked on a different web browser or other system (computer/laptop). Give that a go and see what happens.
