I have about 35 Linear z-wave light switches installed in my home. The switches are mostly WD500Z-1 switches.
I recently added an amazon dot and linked it to smartthings. Everything works, but there is a strange effect that has caused some problems.
The linear switches have a little green LED light on the face of the switch. The light is illuminated when the switch is off, and the little green light turns off when the switch is turned on.
After adding the dot, some switches reversed–meaning now, on some switches, the little green LED is off when the switch is off. Only some of the switches now do this…others work normally (light on, green led off). This is pretty annoying and I would like to figure out what is going on.
Any help?
