I have a windows phone, I know, I know, my fault. When trying to add a Linear Garage opener, I click “connect now” and automatically “there was an error, please try again” appears in red on the top of the screen. What am I missing? Thank you for any help that you can provide.
Can you reach out to support? If there is a work around they will know, and they can report this to the right people for you.
Close the app, reboot the device and try again. Sometimes the app gets to a bad place and restarting fixes it.

I am using the Window’s phone app… I know, I know, who does that?
