Recently my closet light, which is a smart light, shows that its on and at 35%. Every time I check it, it is not on. Is anyone else experiencing this? Even though it shows 35%, when the door sensor triggers the light you can tell its not 35% but 100%. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
I had a smart plug/power meter start doing that last week. I went into the app to remove it, not intending to remove it but to kick it, and that fixed it. I know that’s not an approved method of repair but I have always had good luck fixing things with hammers…except windows… I take ZERO/NO/NONE/NADA/ZIP/BUPKIS responsibility if anyone tries this and it goes badly. If your not willing to wreck a system, don’t do this.
