If you’re looking for some smart lightbulbs, Lifx are having an end of line sale on Colour 1000 and White 800 bulbs. Stock is getting low, but it’s around £22 for a white, £35 for a colour. Given the new colour ones retail nearer £60, that’s a pretty good offer. http://eu.lifx.com

Lifx are crap. I bought three and ended up returning them because the “bulb OS” kept locking up every couple of hours, requiring a power cycle to get them to reconnect to my wifi.

Huh. I have 6 bulbs and 2 strips. All seem fine. The strips especially are a lovely piece of kit, if expensive.
