Just installed a DZ6HD, and when I open the device widget in the app, it just says ‘Connected’. Unlike all my other switches, it doesn’t give me any Timer or Automation options (like the basic turn on and off every day. Anyone know how to fix this?
It’s a Z-Wave plus, so had no problem connecting to the hub.
You can login to IDE at https://account.smartthings.com and see what device handler (device type) is assigned to both the DZ6HD and also to the other switches (which you didn’t list the brand/model for). report back what device type is assigned for both and someone might have more advice for you
