Lack of motion detection

Greetings,

I am considering buying this system to meet a specific requirement;

I would like to monitor my elderly mother remotely to determine if she has not left her bed room in x amount of hours. Can anyone tell me how this might be done through some logic that triggers with lack of motion ? Which devices support this?

perhaps a mode change “when things quiet down” and then a push or sms notification whenever that mode is entered?

All you would need is the hub and a motion detector.
