Kwilset lock battery percentage

I have 2 kwikset locks integrated with smartthings, one lock shows the battery percentage and the other one doesn’t?

login to IDE at https://account.smartthings.com
go to My Devices and check to see if the Type is the same for both

Try to reset the second lock and refresh it’s state using the ST Classic app

I actually went in to the ide and changed the dth to z-wave lock with code and that brought up the battery percentage. Thanks for the advice though
