Is there a way to activate “I’m Back” routine after entering 4 digit code of lock? This way lights come on, un-arms Smart Home Monitor (so siren doesn’t scream) and sends a notification when all this happens? Using arnb’s awesome SHM Delay 2.0 also with Xfinity 3400 keypad.

You can use SHM delay also to keep the alarm from going off. That’s a lot cheaper (free) than buying a smartlock.
