I have a Kwickset 910 lock that has worked well for a couple of years. Are they being migrated to new edge drivers? Mine has suddenly gone offline.
I have 2 910’s and 2 912’s both Zigbee that have not been migrated. I have had a lot of issues with them going offline recently. I think it was the Zigbee issue with the firmware release a month or so ago. Lots of Zigbee on and off messages in the logs. I fixed this by removing the power on my hub for 30 minutes and plugging it back in and letting the Zigbee mesh rebuild. After that no more lock issues and no more Zigbee off and on messages in the logs!
