I’ve got 4 Konnected.io boards that Smartthings has picked up via UPNP driver.
I want to identify them or rename as KON 1-4… I don’t see how to identify this correctly and accurately. No IP address or Mac address or anything and nothing in Konnected cloud seems to help. Any ideas?
In this case, I think we could ask @TAustin since you’re using his custom driver.
I don’t know which information the devices expose to the driver that could help identify them, so, perhaps he can let you know if he’s printing this info in the driver logs.
Thanks @nayelyz. Agreed. @TAustin any ideas on how to uniquely identify which Konnected board is which? I’m wondering if the switch is actually the alarm/siren output entity? All 4 entities show the same attributes. The devices for sure have unique IP addresses and Device IDs in Konnected Cloud
