Good evening.
I just got a kmc WiFi smart plug mini 4 outlet. And i am having a terrible time trying to get it to connect to my WiFi so i can pair it with my Alexa. I follow the instructions in the box and after it searches all it says failed to add and will not let me add the device i have swapped it out for a new one and setill having the same issue i know the WiFi is on and working and running 2.4 but still nothing. Please help
