Keen Vent Schedule

I have 2 vents, a nest thermostat, and a ST hub,

I have purchased the ScheduleTStatZone app but here is my current problem. I want to control the vents on a schedule but not change the control of the thermostat from Nest. It seems like I have to give the tstatzone app control of the thermostat. Anyway to just control the vents on a schedule?

There is a better option for your use case (with all related safeguards for your HVAC)…

Refer to ScheduleRoomTempControl which allows you to only control the vents with some scheduling (and not set the thermostat’s setpoints) :
