Lately, I’ve noticed I can no longer edit the title of a post other than my own—which I swear used to work for me! I hate misspellings! 
In addition, a well-formed title makes it easier for others to search for information…
Is it related to ‘Trust Level’ and, if so, how does one get promoted/demoted from said level?
With the tremendous slowdown of activity on the Community, these requirements are getting harder and harder to achieve.
Viewing 396 Topics and replying to 10 “in the last 100 days”, is difficult when there are not 396 “interesting Topics” in the last 100 days (etc., etc., for posts too).
Oh well. Since the Community is so less busy, the need to have Trust Level 3 is less important anyway.
