Just got my first hub

It had no welcome code. The box was sealed but under the hub was 2 booklets one about the bulbs and one about the smart things device. No welcome code to set it up though…

Assuming youre talking about setting up a new smarthings hub that is missing its welcome code:

Email support, they will require a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the hub.

(My bad, I didn’t realize there’s a SmartThings kit that has bulbs in it.)

Ha, I didnt know that either. I must just be tired I hadnt even caught the bulb comment.
