I have android tablet running SmartTiles that is connected via bluetooth to my Amazon Echo. When I send a Pushbullet to the tablet, the notification is intercepted by Autonotification in Tasker. Tasker then converts the text to speech and plays on the Echo. Works well for getting the attention of family members.
