I just bought a Echo Show to add to my collection. I now have a 2nd generation Echo, 2nd generation Echo Dot, an Echo Tap, and a Fabriq. I bought the Echo show in the high hopes that in the near future the hidden browser would be activated, and I could run ActionTiles on it. Also maybe the ST app android version would someday work. yes there is a browser hidden, but it is not for general use. By doing a number of work runarounds, a Google search window opens, but it closes after a short time. I was hoping.
