Joining as a Find Devices partner

Hi -

I am trying to figure out how to sign up to be a development partner. No matter what I do I end up getting redirected to the same support form. The team is trying to be helpful, but I always get back the same “this isn’t us, you need to fill out this form…” reply.

I’m on my fourth round now, and I figure I must be doing something wrong, but I need to break out of the loop.

The problem I’m trying to solve is that I want to get my company’s devices set up to be trackable with the Find Devices functionality. And it sounds like I need a particular kind of partnership to do that.

Can someone point me in the real right direction?

@nayelyz or @AlejandroPadilla should be able to point you in the right direction. Hopefully you haven’t encountered them three times already - it doesn’t sound like them.

Indeed, we received an email from @darren just today and we redirected him as we have previously done with other people asking about ST Find.

@darren, you’re right that you need a partnership for that, and only the Business Development team can define that and provide the corresponding development tools. That’s why we sent you to the page “Become a Partner” but I don’t know why it redirected you to a Support team.

We’ll continue the discussion via email to see other options to contact them.
