When we were painting everything got unplugged (router, Smartthings hub, etc). Now that everything’s plugged in again and the routers online again I can’t control any of my smart devices. The light on the front of the hub is lit up solid red. When I open the app it shows the hub as being offline. What’s wrong with the hub? Now I have to get out of bed to turn the light off! It’s an emergency!!

Try taking the batteries out of the hub (I leave mine out) and unplug for 15 min and plug back in.

If it still doesn’t work open a support ticket through the app or email [support@smartthings.com](mailto:support@smartthings.com)

I had no idea it had batteries. I don’t remember putting batteries in it when I got it. It fixed it right up! Thanks!
