In the past 24h I have had a major issue with getting devices to excluded and to re-pair Zwave devices. Mainly zooz Zen23 and zen24 switches. Also when did the app start playing a touch sound when you turn on or off a thing inside the SmartThings app and how the F\*\*K do you turn it off.

Please tell me someone else is having these issues.

> I have another minor issue. This new Android version of the SmartThings app added audible ‘tick’ sounds when I tap the device’s control to turn the device On/Off in the app, and I don’t see anywhere in the app to disable these ‘tick’ sounds as the Tap View, Tap Sound toggle is Off. There should be a setting to disable these audible ‘tick’ sounds because I don’t want to annoy others around me when I’m using the SmartThings app to control my smart home devices.

Ok, the team confirmed there’s a sound for those actions but the option of Tap View, Tap Sound is not related to it. That setting is to enable the tap view and sound features which is where you can tap your phone up against your TV or soundbar and it will start casting the video/audio to the device. Does your mobile phone have active the “touch sound” option? I just checked and when I deactivate mine, I can no longer hear it in the ST app. This is a feature request, I will create a report for that but remember it can take a while to be reviewed and implemented (if it’s accepted). It’ll depend on the team’s workload. Ok, we’ll …

The team will report the issue with the “sound effect”, in the meantime, please check if the workaround I shared in the post that @jkp linked above works for you. It doesn’t for everyone.

About the issue re-pairing the devices, have you reported it to customer support?
It can be done by following these steps:

1. Enter [this page](https://www.smartthings.com/)
2. Click on “Support” in the upper-right corner
3. Check if the URL includes your region. For example, `en-us` here: `https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us`
4. At the bottom, select “email” and describe your issue as detailed as possible.
5. Click on “submit”

I have touch sounds disabled and every action in the app still results in a sound - this is new to the latest version of the app - Android 13, app version 1.7.91.24.

Hi! Have you tried doing this through the CLI? Do you get an error?
