Issues reconnecting smart hub

I’m trying to reconnect the smart hub back into my home after accidentally removing it. I factory reset and rebooted my router. However, I keep getting the Error code: 33-504 every time I try to reconnect, saying “your hub is offline”. Can someone help me troubleshoot this?
