Issue with Moes thermostat losing connection with Smartlife app over Wifi

Hi, sometimes the Smartlife app loses the connection with my Moes thermostat.

The thermostat just appears offline on the app.

This happens every few weeks or months. The reason is unclear. Not sure if the thermostat is losing connection with my Wifi router, or whether the Smartapp isn’t able to detect the thermostat.

I know I can pair them all over again, but this will create a new thermostat device in Smartapp and all the automations I created will obsolete because they’re related to the “old” thermostat that the app cannot detect.

What can I do to solve this issue, without having to go through pairing?

I tried cutting the power off from the thermostat, I tried restarting my router…

Just checking… you are asking about SmartLife (powered by Tuya) and not SmartThings. They are two different platforms.
