I can guarantee it is not a network interference issue but ST SERVERS HOLDING ON TO SOME INFO ABOUT THE HUB WHICH IT REFUSES TO LET GO.

WAF has hit rock bottom and lucky that I still have the W in “WAF”.

This is not an isolated issue for Hue Connect. Check out this thread for Sonos Connect and exact same errors there…
