Is hub down? (5 Dec 2018)

I’m at work & my hub is saying it’s down. My doorbell works so I’m assuming its samsung. Just wondering is anyone else experiencing this?

Its says inactive. My doorbell works so I know my internet at home is working.

Ok im.back on. My sister in law called me & said the router had no lights. Did a soft reset & everything is working. Only thing I can think of is she touched something…lol.
