iPhone Presence Sensor Issue

We have been using my wife iPhone as a presence sensor and suddenly after she updated it to the latest iOS, it no longer works. I have deleted the app then reloaded it, still nothing. I went into IDE and deleted the phone from there and then back into the app to set it up. It gives me a message stating that it is already being used as a presence sensor, but yet I don’t see it anywhere.

No… I logged into her phone with my account.
