Iphone ADT app message

Dear all: I hope my message finds everyone well.

A few days ago our ADT Pulse home security system gave us a smoke detector low battery message both on the wall control unit and on our phones (via the ADT iphone app).

Following the company’s instructions I replaced the low battery with a brand new one. The low battery message from the wall control unit is gone, but every time we log into the system via the iphone ADT Pulse app, we still get this “sensor low battery” alert on the app dashboard.

Any help will be much appreciated.
