I just nearly spent ten bucks in the App Store that I did not intend to spend. Memo to all iPad/iPhone users who have fingerprint verification: make sure your finger is nowhere near the button when you are perusing unknown apps. The screen popped lots of junk, next thing you know I’ve purchased an “ad-free version” of an app that is pure garbage.
They are going to refund the purchase… but that process is a major headache. Better to not get caught there in the first place.
