# iOS widgets on iPhone after update June 21

After the update the Smartthings widget (on the iPhone widget screen) sometimes shows my widget (unlock my Connexis lock) but sometimes it just shows ‘Open SmartThings’. How do I fix this, I want the actual unlock my door widget not open SmartThings?

have exactly the same problem the widget has become a open app button ! a major step bacwards!

A phone reboot always fixes it for me but that’s no solution. Now it doesn’t appear to work when the phone is locked either. I think they will eliminate the widget before they fix it.
