Before latest App update, I was able to graph the history of the battery on my motorized shade. That option is gone, I see no record of battery levels in the history log, so that may be why the graph options are gone.
Anyone else see this problem?

I use the Android app. The small battery icon appeared with the December update that is rolling out. The battery tile is still visible. My recollection is that it initially retained the history view but that has since gone. I could have imagined that though. I would expect the tile to also disappear in due course as it feels like a work in progress.
I feel there ought to be a ‘health’ tab or option for metadata such as the battery level and history.
I propose to make a worldwide collection of users to raise enough money to pay the salaries of the smartthings designers and to stay at home playing with their PlayStation or Xbox and leave us alone for a while and think about how to finish off the few useful things we have left in the smartthings App.
Hurry up and create a permanent PAT to use in ConstantGraph to see graphs of your batteries.
Within a few days you will have to create a PAT daily so you don’t get bored and can feel more secure.
On Android, we still have the battery hi…
… never mind.
I like how it disappears right in front of your eyes.
I have ConstantGraph working now, so I’ll have useful data there.
In SmartThings, I still have graphs on other devices for data like temperature. The problem with battery seems to be that the history is gone. If the history was there, I assume the interface would display the graph.
How hard can it be to login to the AWA once a day to write down the battery percentage of every battery powered device? Takes ten minutes.
Don’t say it!!!, as soon as they find out they will remove it, they already removed the energy graph in another update.
The battery history disappeared several years ago and a year or so ago they put the graph in the App, but they must have changed the designer and he didn’t like it and removed it again.
It’s better not to say anything, they have to think a little more about how to annoy us and give us a surprise.
Is this a bug the developers are working or a permanent feature?
Curiously, the Battery tile is still shown on my Galaxy device (without the history) but is no longer shown on another Android device. However I would have thought that the introduction of the small battery icon means that is the way it is going and I find it a great improvement.
My personal hope is that all attribute histories will end up on the device History tab, the timer and button actions should join the other preset routines on the device Routines tab, and there should be either a tab for device health stuff like the Battery or they should shove it in the options menu (perhaps on the Information menu which is a bit pathetic at the moment).
Timer must stay on the main tab! I’m using it multiple times a day! And I’m afraid that I’ll accidentally mess up the routines.
